Any billable minute is from connection to hang-up, rounded up to the nearest 30 seconds. Calls under 5 seconds (typical of spam/bots) are never charged. We publish full call logs in your portal so you can verify every minute.
Overage is simply billed per minute at your plan rate. You'll also get an automatic alert at 80% usage so nothing surprises you. Upgrading mid-month is pro-rated and takes effect the next day.
