Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are a legal agreement between ProAnswerGhana (an answering service based in Accra, Ghana) and you (the person or business subscribing to our service). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

ProAnswerGhana is a live call-answering service. Our Ghana-based agents answer calls forwarded to us from your business line, in your company name, following a script you approve during onboarding. Depending on your plan, we also capture leads, book appointments, integrate with your CRM, handle bilingual calls (English and French), and record calls for your review.

3. Plans, payment & billing

  • All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHโ‚ต). We do not bill in foreign currency.
  • Accepted payment methods: MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard. Invoiced billing (net-14 or net-30) is available for Scale plan clients.
  • Billing is monthly in advance. Your first billing date is 7 days after you start your free trial, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Overage minutes beyond your plan's included bundle are billed at the published overage rate for your plan.
  • We'll email you at 80% of your monthly minute allowance so nothing surprises you.
  • Failed payments: we'll email you and try again up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment still fails, the service is paused until resolved.

4. The free trial

  • Your first 7 days are free. You get full service โ€” 24/7 live answering, script writing, onboarding โ€” at no charge.
  • No card required to start the trial.
  • To continue past day 7, choose a plan and enter your payment method. Otherwise, the service ends automatically.

5. The 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid month, email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject. We will refund 100% of what you paid. See our Guarantee page for details.

6. Cancellation

  • Cancel any time, no notice period, no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. We keep answering until the month ends.
  • Cancel via your client portal or by emailing [email protected].

7. Call recording & caller consent

Calls we answer on your behalf may be recorded for quality assurance and for the creation of transcripts in your portal. We play a short consent notice to the caller at the start of the call. If the caller objects, no recording is made. This is consistent with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

8. Your content & responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the script you approve and the FAQs you provide.
  • The legality of the products, services and offers our agents will describe to your callers.
  • Keeping your account login credentials secure.
  • Informing us promptly of any change to your business details, pricing, team, or processes that affect how we answer calls.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Operate any business that is illegal under Ghanaian law.
  • Harass, defraud, or deceive callers.
  • Run adult, gambling (without appropriate licensing), pyramid, Ponzi or multi-level marketing schemes.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns, political robocalls, or mass outbound calling (we are an inbound answering service).

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately โ€” with a pro-rata refund โ€” if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

10. Service quality & availability

  • We target a 98%+ answer rate (99%+ on Scale plans) and under 9-second average answer time.
  • We operate 24/7/365 including public holidays. Back-up power and internet keep us live during outages.
  • If we materially miss our service levels for reasons within our control, we'll issue service credits against your next invoice.
  • We can't guarantee perfection. Things occasionally go wrong. When they do, we fix them and make it right.

11. Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude (for example, liability for our gross negligence or willful misconduct).

12. Confidentiality

We treat your script, FAQs, customer data, and call recordings as confidential. Our staff sign NDAs. We never share your data with a competitor or unrelated third party. Your data belongs to you.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll email active clients at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel without penalty.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ghana, in Accra.
